The Manx Learning and Care Centre, in association with Ruy Solutions, has been set up to offer accessible, low cost training for the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF) Diploma in Health and Social Care.

The Manx Learning and Care Centre
Step 1
Contact The Manx Learning Centre using the enclosed enquiry form. The Centre will contact you within 2 days. You will be given all the training dates and decide which group you would like to join.
Step 2
Register with the Centre and pay your registration fee with City and Guilds or Edexcel. Apply to the Isle of Man Department of Economic Development for funding up to one third of the cost of your QCF Qualification. Give evidence of this to the Centre.
Step 3
Attend Learning Modules which are certificated and start to build your portfolio of evidence for your qualification. When the unit is complete, you will meet with your assessor for feedback and then the unit will be handed to the Internal Verifier for sampling.
Step 4
QCF units will be registered with City and Guilds and Edexcel Awarding Bodys and when you have completed all the units you will receive a completion certificate
Step 5
The Awarding Body External Verifier will confirm certification and you will claim funding from Department of Economic Development. That’s it! Congratulations, you have achieved a qualification in CARE
